January 2024 Cohort
The Stakeholder Leadership & Governance Institute Program brings together current compliance board governance with individuals that represent stakeholder governance re-imaged. We are providing attendees with domestic and global corporate governance best practices in processes, tools, regulations, applicable laws, risk, and scare tissue necessary to be a well-informed corporate governance board member.
Our program is anchored with a world-class faculty that are operators and governance experts that reinforce lectures with real world case studies addressing present and future governance challenges. The program lectures and governance case studies are applicable to private and public companies listed on Nasdaq and NYSE. To enhance the learning experience, SLGI Fellows are assigned to a publicly traded company that reinforcing lectures with assigned governance case studies.
