Session 12 – Compensation Committee
Rick is a Partner in the Executive Compensation Consulting Practice at Aon, which handles advising Boards of Directors and management teams on equity and cash compensation for executives, key employees, and outside directors. He also leads the technology industry vertical for the executive compensation practice.
Rick has 20 years of experience consulting in a variety of industries, with a focus on technology and life sciences. His consulting experience ranges from large public corporations to small private and pre-IPO businesses. He also consults to global companies and general industry clients on competing for talent in the tech and biotech spaces.
Rick advises clients on all aspects of executive compensation, including compensation philosophy and strategy, competitive benchmarking, corporate governance, evaluation of short-term and long-term incentive plans, transactional support and board of director pay.
