Roosevelt Giles, Chair of the Stakeholder Impact Foundation, along with representatives from Virgin Unite, Cranemere, The B Team and 100% Human At Work discussed how people metrics and 100% Human at Work values can be embedded into Board-level conversations.

Giles emphasized the need for board-level change and the critical levers for change necessary for the evolution of board leadership. Giles shared ideas with attendees on how they can increase pipeline opportunities by changing who sits at the boardroom table.

This session brought together a select group of CEO’s, Board Leaders, and Senior Business Leaders to discuss changing context, shared insights, and expertise, and explored potential next steps in developing a new framework of board governance.

After the session, Giles praised the commitment of the 100% Human at Work team, as well as the associated organizations who attended, to create a sustainable and inclusive future. “It is an honor to be associated with organizations that wholeheartedly embrace the values of innovation, collaboration, and rethinking of board governance,” said Giles. “These organizations and their efforts are truly making a difference.”

These discussions are part of a larger gathering hosted by 100% Human at Work to explore themes linked to mental health, new board frameworks, financial wellness, AI and the changing nature of work, diversity and belonging and the role business needs to play in creating a more human future of work.
